Marinade For Deer

• 1 c. soy sauce
• 1/4 c. brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 pkg. Italian dressing (dry)
• 1 onion chopped fine
• 1 1/2 c. oil

Mix above ingredients and pour over meat. Meat may be cut into 1/2" strips or steaks. Marinade for at least 2 hours. Drain the sauce off the meat and roll in flour and fry until done.
